#2- 80/20 rule: The top 20% of your prospects are a challenge to get to. The 80% are easy to get to and we tend to spend time with them because they're easy. INSTEAD- Spend time with the most challenging top 20%. YOU are the sole source of supply of MLM success training for your prospects. This will keep them coming back to you.
#3- Prospecting time: Spend 80% of your time creating customers and leads and 20% of your time keeping them. Is what I'm doing right now leading to a sale? Is what I'm doing right now an income producing activity? Ask yourself this every second of the day.
#4- Prospecting, Presenting, Sponsorship/Closing the Sale. These are the 3 primary activities of your sales funnel. Keep your pipeline full and make sure you have lots of people coming in. #1- People who know and respect you- The respect and likability factor
#2- People who respect entrepreneurship and our industry
#3- People who value: value, results and benefits over price- They take ownership. A poor prospect will say things like it cost too much, we don't have money, I'm busy, I don't have the time, It's not a good time, etc..
#4- A person who is a decision maker. They're willing and able to buy in the near future. They are decisive to make a buying decision. A poor prospect says we don't have any money, I can't afford, etc...Believe them when they say this, why would they lie about their financial situation? And if they're not willing to come up with a way to attract the money to change their situation, this is not a quality prospect.
#5- People who are a good source of future sales and referrals.
